Block Play

Block Play affords children the opportunity to work in all areas of learning at once. STEAM and social development is very much to the fore as children often work together on self initiated projects and investigations. Many investigations will often merge into full blown role play which is also rich in language and social interaction.

Daniel Spry is an Early Years Consultant who has delivered Block Play trainings nationally and internationally for many years.

In Person Workshop

Block Play - Uncovering Learning and the Curriculum

Workshop will include:

Hand on learning experience that supports practice
Interactions with children
Planning for best opportunities
Uncovering the curriculum
Understanding continuous provision

Workshop suitable for Practitioners working with children age 3-8

Time: 9:30 - 15:30
Dates: Monday 30th September 2024 or Tuesday 1st October 2024
Location: Lough Neagh Discovery Centre, Lurgan

Cost: £140 per person
